Printshow.it is an Italian web-zine devoted to printmaking, graphic art, multiple and artist’s books, on line from 2002. To celebrate Ten Years! Printshow turns into a small paper with the help of a young cool publisher. Printshow accepts submissions in English for peer-review and welcomes monographic articles not previously published about:
- Current developments in printmaking, graphic art, typography, multiple and artist’s books
- New techniques for graphic artists and hybridations
- History of printmaking
Texts may be written in a range of forms: interviews, conversations, essays, artists’projects, as well as thematic or theoretical analyses of art history from any historical period. Established and emerging researchers and artists working within the fields of printmaking, art history, architectural history, curatorship, visual culture, and museum studies are encouraged to submit.
Manuscripts must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org as Word and Open office documents. Articles should be between 4000-8000 words in length and accompanied by:
- a 200 word abstract
- a brief biographical statement
Text should be in 12 pt Times New Roman font. Images will be emailed as small jpegs attachments (at screen size – 72dpi ).
